Den is the managing director of Market Value Partners. Since 1996, Den has provided business, marketing, channel and financial consulting services to companies developing new products in the technology sector. He has played key management and consulting roles in a number of companies that have successfully achieved IPOs or been acquired including Digitivity, Sun Microsystems, Octel Communications, Pyramid and Fortune Systems. Den has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries from retail, consumer goods and airlines to enterprise software, wireless, Internet and multimedia companies. Den earned a BS from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Al currently serves as the William T. Cleary Professor of Marketing at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. In 1999, Al founded and became the Executive Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Al has over 25 years of experience working with emerging growth companies and has served on more than 20 corporate boards of directors, including Intelic Software Solutions, an MVP Investment. He has published over 60 articles on business strategy, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Al's book, The Market Value Process, was published in 1996, and serves as the foundation for MVP's marketing and financial consulting practice. Al holds a BS, MBA, and Ph.D. from Purdue University.
Since 1985, Scott has co-founded three start-up businesses, orchestrated the acquisition of two operating businesses, successfully merged two established companies and profitably sold four corporations. In addition to the business and operational skills that he has accumulated serving as the CEO or CFO of these ventures, his twenty-three years of professional experience also include several years with Schlumberger Ltd. , IBM and Fairchild Semiconductor. Scott earned a BS degree from Bucknell University.
Prior to joining MVP, Andi served as Head of Marketing for Digitivity, Inc.; a private software company that delivered sophisticated policy based tools for the deployment and management of Java. Andi was a member of Digitivity's founding team. The company based in Silicon Valley and Cambridge England was sold to Citrix Systems in late 1998. Prior to Digitivity, Andi managed North American Field Marketing for Pure Software and held various senior marketing management roles at Sun Microsystems. Andi worked for Sun for 10 years. Andi joined both Pure Software and Sun Microsystems prior to the companies going public. Andi has a BA from Pomona College.

Dave has ten years experience helping technology companies assess their market opportunities and develop strategies and tools to capitalize on those opportunities. He has managed and supported research projects for Jupiter Media Metrix, SRI International and as an independent consultant.
Hank has been a software engineer and project manager in the San Franscisco Bay Area for the last twelve years. The last three years have been dedicated to developing website and Internet applications for e-commerce, content management and corporate promotion. He is familiar with both the technologies and trends of Internet development as well as the aesthetic and marketing requirements to make them successful. He can also direct promotional campaigns and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
